Terms of Service

You are welcome to read, quote, and share what is on this site. Do not copy it wholesale and present it as your own, and do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it.

We keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at every moment. Nothing here is a binding offer on its own.

We do not publish figures on this site. Fees are quoted per engagement, in writing, before any work starts, and work beyond an agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.

Third-party licences and AI model usage are billed to you by those vendors directly, at their prices, with no markup from us.

Consulting work is performed under a separate signed agreement covering scope, fees, term, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability. Anything we build into your systems is yours under a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence that survives termination for any reason, including a payment dispute. We retain reuse rights in our own connector and template code.

Monthly plans run month to month and either side can end one with thirty days written notice. On exit you receive exports, credentials, documentation, and a handover walkthrough at no charge.

Engineering may be delivered by partner agencies working under our agreement with you. They are bound by the same confidentiality and security obligations we are, and your agreement, invoice, and point of contact remain with Automation Group US.

We do not publish uptime figures, because the systems our automations depend on are operated by other companies. We commit to response times, which we control.

Automation reduces manual effort; it does not eliminate the need for judgement. Anything that moves money, sends a signature, or reaches your customers in bulk includes a human approval step by default unless you instruct otherwise in writing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, the limits agreed in your engagement agreement apply. If you are evaluating us, ask for our insurance position and current terms in writing - we will send them.

Automation Group US is operated by Automation Group, LLC of Chicago, Illinois, an independent company - it is not a trading name of any other consultancy you may have worked with.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois. Where your engagement agreement names a different governing law, that agreement wins.
