Privacy Policy

If you contact us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. If you become a client, we also hold the contact and billing details needed to run the engagement.

Our website does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. If that changes we will say so here before it does.

Delivering an automation engagement means we are given access to systems that hold your business data - accounting records, customer records, email, files. We ask for the narrowest permissions that let the work run, we document every one, and you can revoke them yourself at any time.

We do not use your business data to train models. Where part of a workflow runs on infrastructure we operate rather than yours, we tell you which part before we build it, and we name every third-party service that touches your data before it is connected.

Third-party services involved in an engagement - cloud providers, model providers, the automation platforms your workflows run on - process data on our or your behalf under their own terms. We name them during setup so there are no surprises.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to two years so we remember the conversation. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus the period our accountants and insurers require.

When an engagement ends you get exports and credentials, and we remove our access to your systems.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@automationgroup.us and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights - including under the CCPA if you are a California resident - and we will honour those.
